Barossa Valley

The Barossa Valley is a wine lovers paradise. The entire valley is brimming
with lush vineyards and wineries galore.
Wolf Blass Winery was unbelievable and we couldn't get over the size of the place.
The huge tanks you see in the photo are only a few of the hundreds that are filled
with the various juices that the winery makes into it's world class wines.
Of course we went to the visitor centre and sampled some of the best they offer, and
bought a few bottles to take home as well. YUMMY!
The following day we stopped at Jacobs Creek winery for a sampling of their offerings
and came home with a couple bottles from their cellar.
We could have spent an entire week doing nothing but going to the many wineries in the valley
but we only have a limited amount of storage space in the caravan so we had to narrow it down
to a few. We also ran into a HUGE pelican on our travels and of course the always
curious kangaroos. They really don't mind having their photos taken either.
